1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Visuale Course. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website http://visualecourse.com/ (the “Site”) and all online courses, content, quizzes, and services provided by Visuale Course (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Company”).
By registering for an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Services.
You must be at least 15 years old to use our Services (the minimum age to obtain a Florida learner’s permit). Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. About Our Services

2.1 Important Disclaimer

3. Account Registration

When you purchase a course from Visuale Course, you receive lifetime access to the course content for as long as:

- Your account remains in good standing and is not terminated for violation of these Terms
- Visuale Course continues to offer the course
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the course on our platform, not the natural lifetime of the user. We reserve the right to retire, replace, or modify courses over time; if a course is retired, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to an equivalent or updated replacement.
4.2 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view course content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share course content
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute videos, quizzes, or materials
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
- Use the content to train AI models or build competing products
Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Technical issues on your end (browser, internet, device)
- Failure to pass your Florida road test
- Inability to schedule or attend your road test
- Duplicate purchases (please contact us promptly if this occurs and we will review on a case-by-case basis)
- You waive any right to chargeback or dispute the charge with your payment provider, except in cases of confirmed fraud
6.1 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A confirmed technical error on our end that prevents access to the course you purchased
- A duplicate charge caused by our payment system
Any such decision is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to offer refunds in future cases.
7. User Conduct

10. Course Completion and Certificates
Some courses may issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes with a passing score (80% per quiz, unless otherwise stated).
These certificates are informal and not state-issued. They do not:
- Fulfill any Florida DHSMV licensing requirement
- Qualify you for ticket dismissal or insurance discounts
- Substitute for a state-approved DETS certificate or official driver’s license
11. Disclaimers
11.1 “As Is” Basis
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
11.2 No Guarantee of Results

- The course will meet your specific needs

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

Upon termination, your right to access the course ends immediately, and no refund will be issued.
